Sundays at ROMI

Visitors to our Sunday morning worship/celebration service can expect to experience a warm, welcoming, family friendly environment, as well as to experience God’s presence in a personal way. The teaching and preaching at ROMI frequently focuses on helping those who have received Christ to gain a better scriptural understanding of what this relationship provides for them and how to apply it in their lives in a practical way. Those who don’t know Christ are especially welcome at ROMI, as our desire is to present the Christ revealed in scripture in a way that is easily understood and that significantly impacts their lives. Our goal is to help everyone experience the abundant life that the Lord Jesus Christ provides for us (John 10:10).

Children and youth are very important to us at ROMI. Currently, ministry is provided for our children and youth in small groups during the week. Our goal is to enable them to form and sustain positive and healthy relationships, increasingly develop their self-worth, self-image, and self-confidence, while simultaneously growing in their knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Parents/guardians can expect for their children to experience this in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.

Church Structure/Model

Revival Outreach Ministries International utilizes a cell-based/small group fellowship model. This is actually the church structure found in the New Testament (Acts 2:42-46). I like to use the term relationship-centered church. The term cell church has been in use for over 50 years and comes from the premise that the cell is the basic building block from which life springs forth in the body.

In the small group fellowship model groups of 3 -15 people meet from house-to-house for edification, spiritual growth, accountability and fellowship during the week, and on Sunday all the small groups of one congregation come together in the temple (church building) for worship and teaching by the Senior Pastor.
