Meet our Pastor

Senior Pastor McClinton E. Porter and his wife Tammie oversee Revival Outreach Ministries International (ROMI). McClinton was ordained into the gospel ministry in August 1998. Following his ordination, he served as an associate pastor at Maranatha Church in Chicago, Illinois until 2015.

Having a heart for the disenfranchised, McClinton has consistently engaged in ministry to the homeless and incarcerated, having regularly ministered at the Cook County Jail in Chicago from 1994 through 2013. Additionally, McClinton served as Assistant Executive Director of a community-based nonprofit organization that provided housing, life skills, mental health, educational, and recreational services to Chicago’s at-risk inner-city youth.

McClinton holds a diploma in Theological Studies from Oral Roberts Midwest School of Theology and Ministry in Tinley Park, IL, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, and a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit Management from Spertus Institute, also in Chicago, Illinois.

Tammie has a heart for young mothers, children, and orphans. Part of the vision that is in her heart includes building an orphanage and providing clean water to villages in severely impoverished countries. Tammie currently oversees the children/youth ministry at ROMI.

Tammie holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois, and a Master of Science in Education from American College of Education in Chicago, Illinois. Tammie has taught in the Chicago Public Schools for 27 years and is a graduate of Living Word School of Ministry in Forest Park, Illinois.
